How do I take care of my jewelry?
Each piece comes with its own canvas pouch for protection. These pouches are great for traveling and keeping your jewelry safe from the air. Exposure to air and water can cause your jewelry to tarnish. It is best to take off all jewelry before showering or swimming and polish when necessary.
How will I know my order has shipped?
You will receive an email with shipping information from us once your order has shipped. This email will contain the shipping date and time along with a tracking number from FedEx.
Replacing lost jewelry
If an earring is lost, we are happy to try and replace it with a sister piece. Please ship your remaining piece to us so that we can match them properly. Please note, we often sell out of stones quickly and may be unable to make a match.
Returns/Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase, Give a Penny will gladly refund your purchase up to 7 days from delivery. After 7 days please understand we are unable to refund your purchase.
